מדיניות פרטיות
עודכן לאחרונה: 5 ביולי 2026. מדיניות זו חלה על חידון התנ״ך בכל הפלטפורמות: אתר Web/PWA, Android, iPhone/iPad ו-Mac.
הדין החל — חוק הגנת הפרטיות
אנו פועלים בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א-1981, לרבות תיקון מס׳ 13 לחוק (בתוקף מאוגוסט 2025), ולתקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע״ז-2017. בעל השליטה במידע: טל קלינגר (מפעיל האתר „חידון התנ״ך", חידוןהתנך.ישראל).
הודעה לפי סעיף 11 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות
- אין חובה חוקית למסור מידע: מסירת פרטים (כגון אימייל וכינוי בעת הרשמה) תלויה ברצונך ובהסכמתך החופשית. ניתן לשחק כאורח/ת ללא הרשמה כלל.
- מטרת האיסוף: הפעלת המשחק והחשבון, שמירת התקדמות, דירוגים וטורנירים, אבטחה ומניעת רמאות, ותמיכה במשתמשים.
- למי יועבר המידע: המידע לא יימכר ולא יועבר לצדדים שלישיים לצורכי שיווק. הוא מאוחסן אצל ספקי תשתית החיוניים להפעלת השירות בלבד (אירוח ומסד נתונים בענן, שליחת אימייל תפעולי), הכפופים להתחייבויות אבטחה וסודיות.
איזה מידע נאסף
- פרטי חשבון: אימייל, כינוי תצוגה, תפקיד משתמש, והגדרות חשבון בסיסיות.
- נתוני משחק: ניקוד, התקדמות, XP, מטבעות, הישגים, דירוג, טעויות לחזרה, בחירת סקינים והעדפות דמות.
- נתונים טכניים: מזהה אורח מקומי, חותמות זמן של תשובות, מצב חיבור, נתוני אבטחה בסיסיים, ומידע הדרוש למניעת רמאות ושמירה על תחרות הוגנת.
- נתוני מכשיר מינימליים: סוג פלטפורמה, שפה והעדפות נגישות/צליל כאשר הן נשמרות מקומית.
למה משתמשים במידע
- הפעלת המשחק, שמירת התקדמות, דירוגים, טורנירים וראש-בראש.
- אבטחה, מניעת רמאות, איתור באגים ושיפור חוויית המשתמש.
- ניהול חשבון: התחברות, התנתקות, ייצוא נתונים ומחיקת חשבון.
שיתוף מידע
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי ואיננו משתמשים בפרסום מבוסס-מעקב. מידע עשוי להישמר או לעבור דרך ספקי תשתית הדרושים להפעלת השירות, כגון אירוח, מסד נתונים, אימיילים תפעוליים, אבטחה ואנליטיקה תפעולית מינימלית.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי: עומדת לך זכות לעיין במידע המוחזק עליך (סעיף 13 לחוק), ולבקש תיקון או מחיקה של מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן (סעיף 14 לחוק). כמו כן, בהתאם ל-GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA וחוקים דומים, ניתן לבקש גישה, ייצוא, תיקון או מחיקה של מידע אישי. בתוך המשחק ניתן להשתמש בהגדרות → ייצוא נתונים או הגדרות → מחיקת חשבון. לבקשות נוספות ניתן לפנות אלינו באימייל, ונענה בתוך 30 יום.
ילדים ומשפחות
המשחק מיועד ללימוד ובידור לכל המשפחה, ללא צ׳אט פתוח בין שחקנים וללא פרסום התנהגותי. אם הורה או אפוטרופוס סבור שנאסף מידע מילד בניגוד לרצונו, ניתן לפנות אלינו למחיקה.
אחסון מקומי ו-Cookies
המשחק משתמש באחסון מקומי וב-Cookies חיוניים בלבד לצורך התחברות, שמירת העדפות, מצב אורח, התקדמות ואבטחה — עוגיות המותרות ללא צורך בהסכמה לפי תיקון 13 לחוק הגנת הפרטיות. איננו מפעילים עוגיות אנליטיקה, פרסום או מעקב של צד שלישי; אם נוסיף בעתיד עוגיות לא-חיוניות, הן ייחסמו כברירת מחדל ויופעלו רק לאחר הסכמה מדעת בבאנר העוגיות. פירוט נוסף מופיע ב-מדיניות Cookies ואחסון.
שמירה ומחיקה
נתוני חשבון נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל או כל עוד הם דרושים להפעלת השירות, אבטחה, מניעת שימוש לרעה ועמידה בדרישות חוקיות. מחיקת חשבון מוחקת את הנתונים המשויכים לחשבון ככל שהדבר אפשרי, למעט מידע מינימלי שנדרש לצורכי אבטחה, מניעת הונאה או חובה חוקית.
אבטחה
אנו משתמשים באמצעי אבטחה סבירים כגון אימות צד-שרת, הגבלת גישה, שמירת סיסמאות באופן מגובב, והפרדת סודות תפעוליים מקוד הלקוח. עם זאת, אין מערכת מאובטחת באופן מוחלט.

Governing law — Israeli Protection of Privacy Law
We operate in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 (in force since August 2025) and the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. Data controller: Tal Klinger, operator of the Bible Quiz website. You are under no legal obligation to provide personal information; registration is voluntary and guest play is available. Under sections 13–14 of the Law you may inspect the information we hold about you and request correction or deletion.
Information we collect
- Account information: email, display nickname, user role, and basic account settings.
- Gameplay data: scores, progress, XP, coins, achievements, rating, review mistakes, skins, and avatar preferences.
- Technical data: local guest ID, answer timestamps, connection status, basic security data, and anti-cheat signals needed for fair competitive play.
- Minimal device preferences: platform type, language, accessibility, and sound preferences when stored locally.
How we use information
- To operate the game, save progress, run leaderboards, tournaments, and head-to-head play.
- For security, anti-cheat, debugging, and user experience improvements.
- For account features: sign-in, sign-out, data export, and account deletion.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not use tracking-based advertising. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, database, operational email, security, and minimal operational analytics.
Your rights
Under GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws, you may request access, export, correction, or deletion of personal information. In-game, use Settings → Export Data or Settings → Delete Account. Contact us for additional requests.
Children and families
The game is designed for family-friendly learning and entertainment, with no open player-to-player chat and no behavioral advertising. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of a child’s information.
Local storage and cookies
The game uses local storage and essential cookies for sign-in, preferences, guest state, progress, and security. See the Cookies & Storage Policy.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while the account is active or as needed to operate the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. Account deletion removes associated data where possible, except minimal records needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as server-side validation, access controls, password hashing, and keeping operational secrets out of client code. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
